Loren Rosario-Maldonado

Loren is a business-oriented leader with a proven track record of building high-performing, fast-growth global organizations. She has been instrumental in transforming businesses of all sizes by driving financial performance, improving organizational effectiveness, and boosting innovation through people development and engagement programs. Her diverse background includes international leadership roles that have given her the ability to influence strategic direction at a board level. As an expert on People strategy and cultural intelligence, Loren has been recognized as a thought leader who guides leaders on maximizing productivity while creating a human-centered experience within the organization.

Loren has always been fascinated by the human experience and how it shapes behavior. From her years of experience leading People teams from the ground up, she understands how to empower employees to grow careers while delivering transparent and people-centric programs that create long-lasting value and lead to business results. Loren currently holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing her Psy. D. in Cross-Cultural Psychology from California Southern University. Loren holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the Co-Active Coaching Network. She is a board member of Girls Inc of Greater Miami and a member of numerous professional and civic organizations, including, The Society of Human Resource Management Executive Network, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, a Founding member of the Miami CHIEF chapter, Founding Member of Hacking HR Experts Council.
